ExportCheck

Privacy notice

This notice covers the project homepage at inu-gumi.pro/, the ExportCheck and CatalogOps information pages at inu-gumi.pro/exportcheck/site/, and our support email. It also covers the ExportCheck payment-verification and download service. Checkout is provided separately by Stripe / Link.

Browsing these pages

These pages have no advertising, analytics scripts, tracking cookies, account registration or file-upload form. Our hosting infrastructure processes the network information needed to serve a request, such as its IP address and requested page.

We keep daily totals of successful page, sample and marketplace-link requests to understand which information and routes are useful. Each counter contains only a UTC date, a fixed public resource name, a test-or-unattributed category and a total. We do not store IP addresses, browser/device identifiers, cookies, referring URLs, email addresses or arbitrary query parameters in this measurement database. Explicitly marked quality checks are counted separately. These totals may include repeated requests and bots; they are not counts of unique people, completed downloads or purchases.

The counters are private. Totals older than the most recent 90 UTC dates are removed during the next measurement or operational review. The site is hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure in Singapore. Hosting and security diagnostics may be handled separately by the infrastructure provider under its own policies. Links to Upwork use a fixed redirect to the displayed marketplace offer; there are no personalised tracking codes. Other services have their own privacy notices.

The ExportCheck software

The CSV comparison tool runs locally and makes no network calls, sends no telemetry and uses no online licence server. Its reports can contain values from your input files. You choose where to keep those files and whom to share the reports with. Downloading a free sample does not upload your data.

Checkout and software delivery

Stripe / Link collects and processes the information needed for checkout, payment, tax and receipts under its own privacy terms. The operator can view transaction information in the Stripe dashboard. We do not receive your full card details.

Our download service uses your purchase reference to check payment with Stripe before granting access. It stores hashes of purchase and event references, amount, currency, software version and processing times. It does not store your email, name, address or the un-hashed purchase reference in its delivery database. The recovery code grants access only after fresh payment verification; keep it private. A time-limited download token is used in browser memory.

Transaction and accounting records are retained for applicable legal obligations. Download entitlement records are retained as needed for recovery and misuse prevention. Contact support about access or deletion. If the payment provider removes the purchase record, online recovery may become unavailable; retain your downloaded ZIP and licence.

Email support and AI assistance

If you email exportchecksupport@gmail.com, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to answer the request, resolve problems and maintain the support history. The inbox is provided by Google Gmail. AI assistance through OpenAI Codex may be used to review and respond to enquiries, so relevant message content may be processed by that service.

Please keep the request minimal. Do not send passwords, authentication or recovery codes, card details, customer CSVs, personal data about other people or confidential information. Use invented examples and remove private values from error messages.

We do not use this inbox to enrol you in marketing emails or sell your correspondence. Support correspondence is retained while needed for the request, follow-up and applicable record-keeping obligations. A fixed automatic deletion period is not currently configured. You can contact the same address to ask about access, correction or deletion; we will review the request and explain any information we need to retain.

CatalogOps marketplace orders

The optional CSV format checker reads a file you select in your browser’s memory. It does not upload, change, persist or send the file to AI. File names, contents, column choices and check results are not sent to our server or included in measurement. Clear the file or close the page to discard its state. This preliminary check cannot establish sharing rights or approve an order.

CatalogOps is a separate AI-assisted service. Its orders, messages, payment and delivery are handled on the marketplace you choose. Order files may be processed locally and with AI under the permissions you give in the order. We accept only data you are authorised to share, with no personal or confidential content. Use the marketplace conversation for order files and requests; do not email them to this support inbox.

The marketplace and AI service have their own data-processing practices. This website does not replace those notices or authorise processing of a file merely because you visited a page.

Safeguards

We use HTTPS for this website and keep access to the support inbox limited to the operator and authorised support tools. We keep support messages and order files out of the public website and use summaries without customer identities for operational reporting. Please help us minimise exposure by sending only the information needed for your request.
