A supplier changes the price of SKU 0007 from 12.50 to 13.50. With zero changed rows allowed, the comparison reports FAIL and identifies the record. Allow one changed row and repeat: that acceptance rule passes. The original files stay unchanged.

Mac not Apple-notarized; Windows unsigned. Operating-system protections may block the first launch. Do not disable system-wide protections. macOS may require an individual app approval. If your organization does not permit this, do not purchase this build. See Apple's guidance.

Regular export checks, reviewing data deliveries and comparing product-table revisions.

Inputs: UTF-8 CSV or one XLSX worksheet, up to 20 MiB, 100,000 data rows, 200 columns and approximately 1 million cells per input. Use a values-only copy for Excel formulas/errors. Numeric identifiers require review; zeros or precision already lost upstream cannot be recovered.

Selected rules determine PASS/READY. This is not a certified audit or a guarantee that every target system will accept the output. No OCR, live-store updates or automatic fact invention.

What your purchase includes

An outer ZIP containing both the ExportCheck Desk Mac and Windows application archives, bundled Python runtimes, example data, quick-start instructions, third-party notices and one commercial user licence. Extract the outer ZIP and then the archive for your operating system. Each application opens a temporary local browser workbench. Use Quit application when finished; the server also exits after 30 idle minutes.

AI assists our development and support. The application uses deterministic local processing and makes no runtime AI API calls. Paid upgrades or future operating-system versions are not promised.

A valid purchase of ExportCheck Desk grants one individual a non-exclusive right to
use the supplied macOS and Windows versions indefinitely on their own machines, including
commercial work and processing client data with permission. An employer may
purchase one seat for one designated person. Additional users need separate seats.
Your input data and generated outputs remain yours; you may share the outputs.
Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense or offer the software as a hosted service.
This licence covers ExportCheck Desk, not other workbenches that share its runtime.
Third-party components retain their own rights and licences; see the bundled notices.
No subscription, online activation or paid API is required to run this version.
Future versions, additional operating systems and custom development are not promised.

The software applies the rules you choose. Review the inputs, mappings and results.
It is not a certified audit or a guarantee of acceptance by another system.
To the extent permitted by applicable law it is supplied as-is, without warranties
of fitness, merchantability or uninterrupted operation. Mandatory consumer rights

$39 USD per user, paid once, excluding applicable tax. Stripe / Link processes payment and identifies the merchant of record in checkout and the receipt. After confirmed payment, you are redirected to a private download page. Save your ZIP and recovery information. If verification is delayed, retry with the same code; do not pay again. Indefinite online re-download access is not promised.

Request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact us for damaged, undeliverable, materially misdescribed or unusable downloads. Mandatory consumer rights and Link's own refund handling remain unaffected. Product support targets an initial reply within 48 hours, including weekends; custom development and instant support are not included.
