What the service includes
Send one UTF-8 CSV or one XLSX worksheet and the template you want to fill. Receive CSV and XLSX output, a column mapping, a change log and quality-check/exception reports.
$59 base price · 3-day delivery after complete requirements · one revision within the original scope. Up to 100 data rows, 20 source/output columns and 20 MiB. Exact column copying and up to three explicit trim/split rules are included. Identifiers, prices and every row are preserved.
Prepare before ordering
- One values-only source file with unique column names; identify the worksheet if using XLSX.
- Your target template or ordered output column names, with exact source-to-target mappings.
- Identify the identifier and price columns that must stay unchanged.
- State up to three trim/split rules explicitly, including delimiters and required output parts.
- Confirm sharing rights and permission for AI-assisted processing. The data must contain no personal or confidential information.

Across all three products: one name is trimmed and six color/size values are split. Every row, identifier and price is retained.
Includes the source XLSX, mapped XLSX and CSV, exact rules, column mapping, seven-change log and quality-check report. The exception sheet is empty for this example.
Identifiers and prices are stored as text in the workbook. Choose text columns when importing CSV to preserve leading zeroes and decimal formatting. This example follows the supplied rules; destination acceptance is not guaranteed.
